Abstract:
In order to establish a fast and efficient test system for various candidate genes, that might confer resistance to Potato mop-top virus (PMTV), we transferred a composite plant system to the PMTV-suseptible potato cultivars Sabina and Saturna. The transgenic roots formed on wildtype shoots will be analysed for PMTV-resistance in the Danish Institue of Agriculture (DIAS). Ansprechpartner
